TESS

Technical-Economical Study of Sustainable campuses

TESS project is a technical-economic study of different solutions of e-campus based on the coupling of technical and economical models. The first step was a comparison of total cost of ownerships (TCO) that shown that EV TCO is not always worse than thermal vehicle TCO (see A. Desreveaux, E. Hittinger, A. Bouscayrol, E. Castex, G..M. Sirbu, “Techno-Economic Comparison of Total Cost of Ownership of Electric and Diesel Vehicles", IEEE Access, vol. 8, November 2020, pp. 195752-19576).

The ongoing works are on the impact of the driving behaviour, the impact of the climatic condition and an extension to other vehicle segments and technologies.
